Hi, I'm Abhinav.

I'm a UX designer and researcher with a decade of experience designing for enterprise platforms, mobile-first consumer apps, and research-driven product teams.

Today I'm a senior designer at Lucid Software, leading and mentoring designers across the canvas. Before that I interned at Walmart in Bentonville, led ixigo Trains out of Delhi, and spent three-plus years at Design for Use partnering with startups and enterprise clients across banking, travel, aviation, news, and rural agriculture — usually as the first or second designer on the team.

I care most about making complex systems feel obvious. Pricing tools that buyers actually want to open. Tractor rentals that work for a farmer with one bar of signal. Research findings that don't sit in a deck.

When I'm not designing, I love experiencing stories: movies, books, and especially games, because games let you live inside the story rather than only watch it unfold.

I'm also an amateur photographer who loves hiking, and I like hiking even more when I can do both at the same time.
